Job Requirements

  • GED preferred or equivalent experience
  • Active California Guard Card preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Previous experience in customer service or in an admin/receptionist position is highly desirable
  • Experience in a corporate business environment
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet all employees and visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to the client, its associates, and facility personnel
  • Generate and issue badges for all visitors to the site
  • Ensure all personnel entering the site have proper ID and authorization
  • Provide escort services to the client's visitors, contractors, and vendors as required
  • Patrol all sections of the property to identify safety hazards, unusual activity, and breaks in security
  • Maintain daily administrative documentation
  • Create and document incident reports as needed
  • Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions
  • Act as primary first responder to all medical emergencies for guest and employee injuries and illnesses
  • Provide assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities when needed
  • Perform other related duties as required
