Currently, Securitas Security Services is hiring for the position of Part-Time Security Officer in Colorado Springs, CO. This role involves providing exemplary customer service and maintaining a secure environment for clients and visitors. The position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $16.80 to $20.00 depending on the shift and location, with work schedules including evening and weekend shifts. The Security Officer will be responsible for various duties including monitoring alarms and security cameras, conducting patrols, greeting and assisting visitors, completing detailed activity reports, and ensuring all security protocols are followed. Candidates must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations, respond effectively to emergencies, and uphold the company's professional image.

As part of this role, officers will also participate in pre-employment screening, attend in-person orientations, and acquire a Colorado Springs Guard Card license, which they are required to maintain annually.
