The Security Officer role at Hilton is essential in maintaining the safety and security of the hotel and its guests. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for conducting security patrols of the interior and exterior premises to identify and mitigate safety risks, security threats, and any undesirable conditions that could impact guest experience or hotel operations. You will assist with investigations by conducting preliminary inquiries into incidents, documenting findings thoroughly to ensure that security reports are accurate and complete. Responding promptly and effectively to emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, and other safety hazards, is a critical part of this role. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous security experience preferred
- Ability to conduct physical patrols and surveillance
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Must pass background checks and meet employment eligibility criteria
Job Qualifications
