The role on offer is that of a Lobby Officer - Concierge, based in downtown Chicago, serving residential properties. The Lobby Concierge holds a critical front-facing position responsible for the seamless management of the main lobby environment. This position requires the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to a variety of employee, security, and facility service needs, ensuring safety and satisfaction. Lobby Officers participate actively in safety and security protocols, emergency response activities, and patrol duties to uphold the integrity of the premises. Additionally, the successful candidate will be proficient in the use of Visitor Management Systems (VMS) to facilitate smooth visitor experiences.

A flexible availability is essential for this position, compensating at a competitive rate of $22.35 per hour with weekly pay. Candidates are preferred to be at least 21 years old, though the company’s requirement varies based on the role’s nature (armed or unarmed).
