Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and first aid certification preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to use computer or tablet preferred
- Guard card or license preferred
- Pass background investigation and drug screen as required
- Licensing requirements subject to state laws
- Valid driver’s license for driving positions only

Job Duties
- Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures
- Greet visitors, employees, and contractors, verify identification and access authorization
- Manage visitor logs and badge distribution
- Monitor entry points, cameras, and alarm activity
- Respond to incidents and unusual activity calmly and report details
- Answer phones and communicate with staff regarding arrivals and deliveries
- Support security-related operations in a professional manner
