Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with phone and computer use
- State security guard license for Minnesota
- Willingness to work scheduled part-time shifts on weekends

Job Duties
- Provide customer service duties including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control

- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
