Job Description

GardaWorld Security Services is a leading global provider of security solutions, renowned for delivering tailored and sophisticated security services across a variety of sectors. With a strong reputation for excellence and professionalism, GardaWorld remains one of the most trusted names in the security industry worldwide. The company is dedicated to employing and training highly skilled and committed professionals, ensuring each client receives top-tier protection and service. Recognized as a certified Great Place to Work in the United States, GardaWorld also offers promising career growth opportunities for ambitious individuals who are eager to advance from frontline roles into corporate and leadership positions. This inclusive and dynamic work environment fosters employee engagement and development, encouraging staff to become true GardaWorld Ambassadors.

This job posting is for a Concierge Security Officer position based in Ft. Pierce, Florida, working with GardaWorld Security Services. The role is part-time, carefully designed with a set schedule running Sunday and Monday from 2 PM to 10 PM. The hourly wage of $18.00 is competitive in the market and includes the daily pay option for quicker access to earned wages. Candidates will receive a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off, paid holidays, disability protection, and life insurance. Uniforms are provided at no cost to the employees, and the company emphasizes its robust support network and career advancement paths.

As a Concierge Security Officer, your role centers on delivering exceptional customer service within a security context. Situated in environments such as hospitals, office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, you will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming and reassuring presence to visitors and staff alike. Your duties will combine protective security responsibilities—such as access control, patrols, and incident response—with friendly concierge services like visitor guidance and answering inquiries either in person or by phone. This unique blend requires excellent communication skills, situational awareness, and a genuine interest in helping others stay safe and secure.

The position demands a candidate who can universally embody the values of GardaWorld by engaging meaningfully with people, building trust, and acting decisively when risks are detected. You must hold a valid Florida Class D Security License, pass an extensive screening and background check, and comply with the company’s nondiscrimination policies. Security, military, or law enforcement experience is highly valued but not mandatory, provided you meet the other core requirements and demonstrate dedication to quality service.

Joining GardaWorld as a Concierge Security Officer means more than just a job; it is the start of a rewarding career path. With 26% of corporate employees having begun their journeys in frontline security roles, GardaWorld symbolizes growth, stability, and leadership within the security industry, supported by a culture that appreciates hard work and commitment. If you possess an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to make a difference in a vital frontline role, this opportunity offers a strong foundation for your professional development and long-term success.
