GardaWorld Security Services is currently hiring for the position of Concierge Security Officer at its site in Folsom, CA. This role is designed for individuals who excel in customer service and security, as it involves engaging with visitors and employees in diverse public and private settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The Concierge Security Officer is tasked with maintaining a welcoming yet vigilant presence, ensuring the safety and security of people and property while delivering exceptional customer service on all shifts.

This position offers a set schedule with 32 hours per week from Thursday to Sunday and 24 hours per week from Monday to Wednesday, with shifts running from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm. It provides a competitive hourly wage of $21.50, along with access to DailyPay, an innovative payroll system that allows for immediate access to earned wages. In this role, the Concierge Security Officer will primarily focus on customer-oriented security tasks such as welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and managing access control to ensure that only authorized individuals enter secure premises. Regular patrols to identify any potential security risks, inspections of security equipment, and responding promptly to incidents are integral duties that contribute to the safety of the site. The officer must be prepared to provide first aid and coordinate with emergency responders as necessary. The job also requires excellent communication skills, including answering inquiries in person or over the phone and documenting incidents through detailed reporting.
