Job Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Subject to background investigation
Subject to drug screen
Licensing requirements as per state or local laws
Valid driver’s license for driving positions
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Alarm panel experience preferred

Job Duties

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required
Support orderly entry and exit in accordance with site-specific instructions and property rules
Document observations and share relevant information with property management or first responders as needed
Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and unusual conditions
