They are dedicated to maintaining a safe, secure, and supportive environment for patients, associates, and visitors in all their locations. The organization fosters a culture of leadership and continuous improvement, encouraging employees to grow both personally and professionally while fulfilling a shared mission of healing and hope.

The role of the Armed Security Officer at CHRISTUS Health is pivotal in maintaining the safety and security of hospital environments, patient care areas, staff, visitors, and property. The position also involves administrative responsibilities, including timely and accurate incident reporting and safety hazard identification. Armed Security Officers are required to uphold the CHRISTUS dress code by wearing approved uniforms at all times and adhere rigorously to organizational and legal standards governing facility security and personal conduct.
