Job Requirements
- Possess an armed guard card or license
- have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience
- provide a DD214 with honorable discharge, an associate degree, 60 college credits, a police academy certificate, or a corrections academy certificate
- be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- be subject to a background investigation as required by law
- submit to a drug screen as permitted by law
- participate in industry-specific security training programs
- meet licensing requirements as required by state or local laws
- hold a valid driver's license for driving positions only

- knowledgeable in security protocols and emergency response procedures
Job Duties
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a financial services location
- monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and access permissions, and document visitor arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with site guidelines
- respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal management
- answer phones, assist with directions, and support badge, sign-in, and visitor management processes while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns at the front desk
- help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, reporting suspicious behavior, and following emergency response activities when appropriate
