The Security Manager role at Tenaya Lodge is a full-time position focused on maintaining and enforcing the highest safety and security standards throughout the property. This role involves overseeing security operations to protect guests, team members, and company assets by enforcing established policies, conducting investigations, and responding to emergencies. The security manager will directly supervise the security team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to foster a safety-conscious culture. This position offers an annual salary ranging from $70,304 to $88,200, supplemented by an annual bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
