Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- preferred minimum of 2 years of law enforcement experience
- proficient computer skills including Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Identify, investigate, and resolve security and safety issues discovered or brought to the attention of the department
- respond to medical emergencies, alarms, threats, and other incidents, following emergency response procedures
- plan, direct, and coordinate security operations to safeguard company assets, team members, guests, and property
- develop, implement, evaluate, and revise security and safety policies and methods to protect personnel against harassment, threats or violence
- conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of facility, personnel, security, safety, and environmental sustainability programs
- lead department operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions for security team members
- manage investigations, including internal inquiries, surveillance documentation, report writing, and collaboration with Human Resources on policy or property matters
- coordinate security planning for special and high-risk events, perform property inspections for compliance, and support budget management and purchasing
- ability to drive company vehicles throughout property
