Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a security management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in using security equipment and software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security
- First aid/CPR certification and training in crisis management is an asset
