Job Description

GardaWorld Security Services is a leading global provider of security solutions, recognized for its commitment to professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction. With a rich legacy of delivering tailored security services worldwide, GardaWorld has built a reputation for employing dedicated and highly skilled security professionals. The company places a strong emphasis on career growth and development, offering opportunities for frontline employees to advance within the organization. In the United States, GardaWorld is distinguished as the only guarding security company certified by Great Place to Work, indicating its dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This certification underscores the company’s commitment to employee well-being, diversity, and equal employment opportunities.

Currently, GardaWorld Security Services is seeking qualified candidates to join their team as Concierge Security Officers at a hospital post located in Ft. Pierce, Florida. This full-time role is crucial in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The work schedule options include Thursday through Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. With a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 and the availability of DailyPay for employees, this position offers excellent compensation alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Concierge Security Officer, the role goes beyond traditional security duties to focus heavily on exceptional customer service. Officers are expected to engage meaningfully with visitors, verifying identities, guiding guests, and providing a reassuring presence. The role involves managing access control, conducting regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensuring all security equipment is properly maintained. Officers also respond promptly to incidents, provide first aid when necessary, and collaborate with emergency teams to handle situations effectively.

This position demands excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, as Concierge Security Officers are often the first point of contact for individuals entering the facility. Writing detailed incident reports and communicating any security concerns to the appropriate channels are vital components of the role. Beyond the technical and procedural aspects, the role requires a genuine ability to build connections and foster trust among the diverse population served by the hospital environment.

In addition to job responsibilities, GardaWorld provides uniform supplies at no cost and supports employees with a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off and holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options. The company values candidates with prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement, and those with supervisory experience will find opportunities to leverage their leadership skills. Because this is a driving post, candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record.

Joining GardaWorld Security Services means becoming part of a respected global security organization dedicated to excellence, safety, and opportunity. The company’s inclusive employment policy ensures that all candidates are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability. GardaWorld encourages ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to apply and take the first step towards a promising and rewarding career as a GardaWorld Ambassador.
