The Full-time Concierge/Guard position at Springmoor is a vital role focused on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents throughout the expansive 42-acre campus. In this role, you will be responsible for responding promptly to resident requests and emergency situations such as alarms and fires, demonstrating sound judgment under pressure. You will assist residents by escorting them safely across campus, including providing wheelchair assistance both inside the facilities and in passenger vehicles outside. Additionally, conducting routine safety and facility rounds, maintaining detailed written reports, and monitoring potential concerns regarding residents or campus facilities are crucial aspects of the job.
