Delaware North is currently seeking full-time Backside Security Guards to join the Southland Casino team. These positions are vital in maintaining a secure and safe environment for guests and employees, ensuring all operations comply with regulations set forth by the West Virginia Gaming Commission and applicable operational standards. The Security Guards work closely under the Security Manager’s supervision and play a key role in enforcing rules, monitoring activities, and responding promptly and effectively to various situations that may arise in a casino environment.

This role is designed for individuals who are highly motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. While no high school diploma or GED is required, candidates must be able to obtain licensing from the state gaming commission and hold a valid driver’s license. Moreover, the role demands physical endurance and alertness, as duties often involve prolonged standing, walking, and operating motor vehicles where necessary.
