The company prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, proven to be a great place to work, as indicated by its unique certification in the United States by Great Place to Work. The organization offers a wide range of security roles from tactical to concierge and casual-focused jobs.

Specifically, GardaWorld is currently seeking to hire a Surveillance Security Officer in Clovis, California, for part-time shifts ranging between 24 and 30 hours per week. This role is essential in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses, where vigilance and proactive threat detection are paramount. The position pays a competitive hourly wage of $21, with additional advantages such as DailyPay availability. Beyond compensation, GardaWorld provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matches, paid time off, paid holidays, disability, and life insurance options—all designed to support employee well-being and professional growth.

Responsibilities include monitoring security systems, documenting incidents in detail, conducting patrols, controlling access points, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary. The role demands a high level of concentration, technology proficiency, report writing skills, and a sharp eye for any suspicious activities.

This position offers a structured schedule with various shifts designed to provide flexibility, including Monday through Thursday mornings, mid-week through weekend afternoons, and a combination of evening shifts throughout the week. Employees receive uniforms at no cost, and GardaWorld is committed to career advancement opportunities for all staff. The company supports employees authorized to work in the U.S. who possess required credentials such as a High School Diploma or GED and a state security license (BSIS Guard Card), along with the recommended 32-hour BSIS security training. Additional training is available during the hiring process.

Joining GardaWorld means becoming part of an organization where career growth is not just encouraged but prevalent—26% of corporate employees began their careers as frontline workers. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in security, military, or law enforcement who want to leverage their skills in a dynamic, supportive environment. All employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
