The role of Security Escort at Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is a vital position responsible for ensuring the protection and control of sensitive areas within secure government facilities. This position is contingent upon contract award and requires the successful candidate to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and vigilance in accordance with government security regulations and site-specific protocols. As a Security Escort, the individual will monitor and escort uncleared personnel, visitors, and contractors to prevent unauthorized access to classified or restricted areas and safeguard sensitive information and assets.
This full-time position demands excellent situational awareness and strong communication skills, enabling the escort to maintain constant visual and auditory contact with escorted individuals throughout their presence in controlled spaces. The Security Escort will be expected to verify identification credentials, uphold compliance with security policies, log activities meticulously, and report any suspicious or non-compliant behavior to appropriate authorities. Additionally, the role supports facility security operations, including access control functions, all within the context of Intelligence Community and Department of Defense standards.
Candidates for this role must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently while standing or walking for extended periods and managing various shift schedules. Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred, along with familiarity with classified facility environments such as Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF). Holding or the ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI with CI Polygraph clearance is mandatory.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of security, military, law enforcement, or related experience preferred
- Ability to understand and enforce security policies and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and perform shift work as required
- Top Secret SCI with CI Polygraph clearance

Job Duties
- Escort and continuously monitor uncleared personnel and visitors within secure facilities and controlled areas
- Ensure all escorted personnel comply with established security protocols, policies, and procedures
- Prevent unauthorized access to classified or restricted areas, information, and equipment
- Maintain visual and auditory contact with escorted personnel at all times while in secure spaces
- Report security violations, suspicious activity, or incidents to appropriate security personnel immediately
- Verify identification badges, visitor credentials, and access authorizations
- Maintain accurate escort logs, visitor records, and incident documentation
- Support facility security operations and assist with access control functions as needed
- Adhere to all Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and facility-specific security requirements
- Conduct duties with discretion, integrity, and professionalism
