Job Requirements

- relevant security experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- reliable and dependable
- ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform patrol duties

Job Duties
- patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify potential safety and security risks
- respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property
- promote safe work practices
- initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed
- write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation
- respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
