Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years experience in security or loss prevention
  • Or two-year degree in Criminal Justice or related major
  • Two years experience in security or loss prevention
  • Ability to conduct hazard and risk assessments
  • Skilled in emergency procedures and fire prevention
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Capable of overseeing security technology and reports
  • Willingness to work full time
  • Eligible for relocation assistance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with four years security or loss prevention experience
  • OR two-year degree in Criminal Justice or related field with two years relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in emergency preparedness and safety regulations
  • Experience in conducting safety audits and risk assessments
  • Knowledge of security technology and procedures
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts and grievances professionally

Job Duties

  • Manage daily security and loss prevention functions
  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments including OSHA audits
  • Develop and implement fire prevention and emergency procedures
  • Oversee CCTV, alarm systems and patrol operations
  • Handle incident investigations and manage claims processes
  • Train and lead security staff ensuring compliance and professionalism
  • Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services
