As the Loss Prevention and Security Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of the department to ensure the protection of the hotel's physical assets, employees, guests, and property. You will manage risk assessment, security protocols, emergency preparedness, and compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring that all activities align with The Ritz-Carlton's gold standards of service and safety. The role demands strong leadership skills to train staff on emergency procedures, monitor safety audits, oversee security operations including patrols and electronic surveillance, and coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Your responsibilities will include managing fire prevention programs in partnership with the Director of Engineering, conducting regular safety audits such as OSHA compliance reviews, and developing procedures for property shutdown and key control.
