Job Requirements
- Ability to work overnight hours specifically Fridays and Saturdays
- Prior security experience preferably in a hotel
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- A guest-focused mindset

- Ability to deescalate security conflicts
- Strong observational and reporting skills
Job Duties
- Provide a warm greeting to all who enter the lobby and restaurants
- Assist with questions on hotel amenities including the three restaurants
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the building is secure
- Perform periodic security tours
- Deescalate any security issues in a safe and respectful manner
- Assist restaurant security with occupancy management and checking IDs
- Deliver items to guest rooms including room service orders during overnight
- Assist with valet requests
- Report any security matters timely and accurately
