Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, food science, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean, 6-sigma, and operational excellence preferred
- Proficiency in GMP and HACCP required
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in project management and financial oversight
- Ability to manage multiple production lines across shifts
- Availability to work in a 24/7 operation
- Experience in multinational CPG industry preferred
- Union experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, food science, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations
- Experience with TPM, Lean, operational excellence, and 6-sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in GMP and HACCP quality and safety practices
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Solid financial, business, and project management skills
- Experience with industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment
- Ability to lead in a 24/7 operational environment
- Experience in multinational CPG companies preferred
- Union experience highly preferred
Job Duties
- Manage change and transformation among manufacturing teams through IL6S, FoF, and TPM implementation
- Support manufacturing operational plans and cascade targets to ensure alignment
- Establish governance for operational performance and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, governance, and safety regulations
- Lead talent management, capability building, and team engagement initiatives
- Own and lead manufacturing teams across multiple production lines and shifts
- Coordinate operating budgets, capital investment planning, and KPI target establishment
