You will spearhead the transformation and operational change initiatives such as Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S), Factory of the Future (FoF), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and line-centric organizational models, aiming for autonomous, self-sufficient teams that embody the company’s values. Collaboration with multi-functional teams is crucial for achieving business objectives, goals, and KPIs. You will also play a central role in talent management by attracting, retaining, and developing critical capabilities across technical and behavioral competencies needed to build a sustainable workforce. In addition, you will manage operational budgets, capital investment planning, and coordinate with various departments to encourage a zero-loss mindset and continuous operational improvements. This leadership role demands strong financial and business acumen, expertise in project management, and a deep understanding of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
