Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, food science, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of TPM, Lean, 6-sigma, and operational excellence preferred
  • Proficiency in GMP and HACCP required
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in project management and financial oversight
  • Ability to manage multiple production lines across shifts
  • Availability to work in a 24/7 operation
  • Experience in multinational CPG industry preferred
  • Union experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, food science, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations
  • Experience with TPM, Lean, operational excellence, and 6-sigma methodologies
  • Proficiency in GMP and HACCP quality and safety practices
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Solid financial, business, and project management skills
  • Experience with industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to lead in a 24/7 operational environment
  • Experience in multinational CPG companies preferred
  • Union experience highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage change and transformation among manufacturing teams through IL6S, FoF, and TPM implementation
  • Support manufacturing operational plans and cascade targets to ensure alignment
  • Establish governance for operational performance and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, governance, and safety regulations
  • Lead talent management, capability building, and team engagement initiatives
  • Own and lead manufacturing teams across multiple production lines and shifts
  • Coordinate operating budgets, capital investment planning, and KPI target establishment
