The role of the 2nd Shift Janitorial Coordinator is pivotal to the continued success and smooth daily operations of the Southern territory's facilities. As a third-shift role, the coordinator works from 4:30 pm to 1:00 am, overseeing the assigned nightly route schedule to ensure all tasks are performed to the highest standard. This position acts as the key liaison between City Wide's account managers and the independent contractors servicing each client location, resolving any arising concerns and maintaining open lines of communication. This collaborative approach helps cement a robust working relationship amongst all parties involved.
The 2nd Shift Janitorial Coordinator also plays a critical role in client retention by frequently inspecting facilities using a customer relationship management (CRM) system to assess compliance with agreed-upon scopes of work. This hands-on involvement ensures not only immediate responsiveness to client needs but also builds confidence in City Wide's commitment to quality and service excellence. By participating as a primary contact during new contractor onboarding, the coordinator contributes to seamless integration, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Job Duties
- Maintain regular nightly route schedule
- Work closely with Account Manager to review objectives and goals for nightly route
- Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors
- Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors
- Utilize CRM to review client scope and create an inspection each client visit
