The Mixing & Blending Operator B at Florida Supplement plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of mixing and granulation equipment. This role is essential in supporting production demands, maintaining product quality, batch accuracy, and adherence to cGMP and safety regulations. The operator is responsible for preparing materials, setting up and operating granulation equipment, monitoring process consistency, and performing cleaning and maintenance duties. Duties include material staging, weighing, granulating, scaling, screening, milling, sifting, and moving raw materials both before and after blending and mixing processes. The role requires a keen attention to detail in documentation and execution, strictly following standard operating procedures to ensure reliability and product consistency. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 3:30PM to 12:00AM and requires flexibility to accommodate overtime, holiday shifts, and extended work hours as needed. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the operator must demonstrate strong manual dexterity, stamina for standing long hours, and the ability to maintain focus and accuracy throughout extended repetitive tasks. Additionally, the operator supports continuous improvement initiatives and promptly addresses any deviations from quality or safety standards by reporting to supervisors.
