This role is tailored for an electronic assembly professional who will primarily be responsible for assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and systems by meticulously following detailed work orders and production drawings. The position demands a high level of precision, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with established safety regulations. Assembling tasks include working with hand tools and fixtures to secure parts, performing intermediate processes such as potting and sanding, and conducting basic inspection and testing of parts. The electronic assembler will also be expected to install finished assemblies into enclosures and maintain the rigorous standards of integrity and quality that Positronic upholds. This role is a second shift position running from Tuesday to Friday, 3:45 pm to 2:15 am, located in a production zone with frequent exposure to loud machinery and nitrogen-based chemicals. The job requires physical stamina and dexterity, including frequent sitting, walking, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 months of experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must pass appropriate testing to advance in the ABC program
- Frequent sitting, walking, and standing

Job Duties
- Read work orders and follow production drawings or instructions
- Assemble and secure parts using hand tools and fixtures
- Perform intermediate tasks such as potting, sanding, or color coding
- Inspect parts using basic testing methods
- Handle and install finished assemblies into enclosures
- Uphold Positronic's standards of integrity, quality, and operational excellence
- Identify hazards in the workplace and report them to management and/or the safety coordinator
- Collaborate with the EHS department to meet local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, including OSHA, NFPA, DNR, EPA, and Amphenol sustainability practices
- Work with the Quality department to ensure compliance with AS9100 certification standards
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
