Job Requirements

  • Three years of experience in a culinary production operation
  • ability to read, follow, and execute recipes and written and verbal instructions
  • competence with a variety of food preparation equipment and cooking methods
  • ability to work independently efficiently and productively
  • pleasant demeanor and commitment to customer service
  • teamwork skills
  • proficiency in English

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in a culinary production operation
  • able to read, follow, understand, and execute recipes and follow written and verbal directions precisely
  • experience and proven competence using various food preparation equipment and applying cooking methods

Job Duties

  • Prep, prepare, and finish a variety of menu items for service following established recipes and guidelines
  • garnish and present finished menu items appropriately
  • complete assigned work to meet meal service deadlines following quality and sanitation standards
  • adjust food quantities based on customer demand
  • prepare and present foods in customer service areas while interacting courteously with customers
  • work collaboratively with team members and provide mentorship to less experienced cooks
  • maintain cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of food preparation equipment and workstations
  • follow food safety guidelines and complete service records accurately
  • work under fast-paced and high-pressure conditions
