The Seaway Residential Concierge role at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is an exciting opportunity to be part of an elite team dedicated to providing top-tier luxury lifestyle services to residents. This position is at the forefront of the Residence team, offering a warm and welcoming presence at the front desk. The Concierge acts as the primary liaison for homeowners, fostering genuine and personalized connections to anticipate and cater to their needs. Responsibilities include delivering an exceptional level of service that captures the essence of luxury living, from managing high demand restaurant reservations to facilitating unique and exclusive experiences for residents and their guests throughout the city.

This role requires a high degree of professionalism, extensive local knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Concierge must ensure a seamless front desk operation, including greeting homeowners and guests, coordinating with vendors and service providers, handling large volumes of deliveries, and maintaining clear and efficient communication with both the hotel and residence teams. Success in this role depends on a commitment to detail and excellence, with the goal of enhancing every aspect of the residents’ experience.

The position is full-time with a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Job Duties

  • Efficiently manage the front desk operation including welcoming homeowners and their guests, directing vendors, deliveries and outside services, handle phone inquiries and communicate with leadership on priorities and residents’ requests and feedback
  • Remain current on what activities are available in the city, i.e. theater, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc.
  • Establish close contacts to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for residents
  • Coordinate with the hotel for any resident request for services, reservations, or guest accommodations
  • Ensure clear communication between the hotel team and Seaway Residence team to give a seamless experience for the residents
