Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Basic food and beverage knowledge
- wine and cocktail knowledge is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a proactive, service-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor restaurant environment
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors year-round
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests at Seaway Restaurant quickly and accurately
- Ensure proper presentation and quality of dishes before serving
- Support service team members by assisting with table maintenance and guest needs
- Clear plates, glassware, and utensils from tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Seaway’s dining room, terrace, and service areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations
- Provide accurate menu knowledge and assist guests when needed
- Follow all health, safety, and service standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties within the restaurant
