Job Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in family medicine, emergency medicine, or internal medicine
- Valid medical license to practice in Washington
- Ability to see between 3 to 8 patients daily
- Willingness to conduct patient visits in various settings including assisted living facilities
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a flexible yet responsible manner
Job Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in family medicine, emergency medicine, or internal medicine
- Proven experience in clinical patient care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a small panel of patients effectively
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Outstanding bedside manner
Job Duties
- Provide personalized medical care to a small patient panel
- Consult and manage care for predominantly senior patients
- Conduct in-person patient visits, including some visits within assisted living facilities
- Exercise clinical autonomy in decision-making
- Collaborate with a collegial and supportive team
- Maintain outstanding bedside manner
- Manage and potentially grow patient panel for additional compensation
