In this role, Valet & Bell Attendants are the first point of physical contact for guests, setting the tone for their stay through attentive, courteous, and efficient service. They are responsible for safely relocating guest automobiles to designated parking areas with precision and care, demonstrating driving skills with both manual and automatic vehicles. Communication is critical, as attendants coordinate closely with the Front Office Hosts and other hotel service teams to facilitate seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
