Job Description

Towne Park is a reputable hospitality services company dedicated to enhancing the experiences of patients, visitors, and guests through compassionate and attentive service. Known for its commitment to creating smiles and making positive impacts, Towne Park prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences in various environments including hospital settings. At Towne Park, employees are not only valued for their work but are also given opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people they serve. Fostering a supportive and engaging work environment, Towne Park encourages every team member to contribute in a way that brightens the day of guests and colleagues alike.

Currently, Towne Park is seeking Seasonal Hospital Valet Drivers to join their team at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. This seasonal role, extending through April 2026, offers a competitive starting wage of $20.25 per hour and flexible work hours primarily during the day from Monday to Friday, with a requirement for Friday availability. Notably, this position does not include night or weekend shifts, making it ideal for individuals seeking work-life balance with weekday hours. Towne Park emphasizes that no prior experience is necessary to qualify, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in hospitality or those seeking a seasonal role with meaningful responsibilities.

The role of a Guest Service Associate at Towne Park centers around delivering exceptional hospitality services. The Valet Driver is responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients. Key responsibilities include assisting guests with bell services and luggage handling, providing information about the facility and local attractions, issuing claim checks, and managing parking revenue. Valet Drivers consistently uphold Towne Park’s high standards for customer service by addressing guests by name and ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued upon every interaction.

This role demands physical stamina, as employees will spend the majority of their shift working outdoors and performing tasks such as walking, standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds. Towne Park also ensures workplace inclusivity by making reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.

While seasonal and temporary roles like this one are not eligible for full-scale benefits such as health or dental insurance, Towne Park offers enrollment opportunities in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan based on eligibility criteria related to job classification and hours worked. Towne Park’s commitment to fair and competitive compensation, combined with its mission-driven work culture and flexible scheduling, makes this position attractive to individuals eager to contribute to a rewarding hospitality services career and make a positive impact on every guest they serve.
