Job Description
Towne Park is a dedicated hospitality services company that prides itself on creating memorable, positive experiences for customers and guests across the locations it serves. At Towne Park, the focus goes beyond simply providing a job; the company emphasizes making a meaningful impact on the individuals they encounter daily—from patients to visitors and colleagues. With a culture rooted in compassion and customer service, Towne Park delivers exceptional hospitality services that bring joy, ease anxiety, and craft lasting smiles. Each team member is empowered to contribute toward these goals, making each day an opportunity to make a difference. This nurturing and impactful work environment attracts individuals who want to bring their best to every interaction, fostering professional growth and personal satisfaction.
In this role, Towne Park is currently seeking Valet Drivers to join their team at the Minneapolis Marriott Hotel on a seasonal basis through August 2026. This position offers a competitive starting hourly wage of $16 plus additional tips ranging from $4 to $9 per hour. No prior experience is required, making the position accessible to a variety of applicants interested in entering the hospitality or valet services industry. Work schedules are flexible, with availability needed for all shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The locations served might include either the Minneapolis Marriott or the Rand Tower Hotel.
As a Valet Driver, the essential responsibilities center on delivering outstanding guest service by safely parking and retrieving vehicles while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor. The role involves assisting guests with luggage, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and ensuring smooth operational flow regarding parking protocols including claim checks and payment. A key aspect of the job is attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping for parked vehicles to ensure security and excellent customer service. Towne Park supports its employees with benefits such as accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance options, telemedicine services, and access to a 401k retirement plan, although eligibility depends on classification and hours worked. Seasonal employees are not eligible for these benefits. Working conditions may involve significant time outdoors under various weather conditions, and the physical demands warrant lifting up to 100 pounds and performing activities requiring agility and stamina.
This position is excellent for candidates who are looking to develop their career in hospitality and customer service within a company that values every employee's contribution and impact. Towne Park’s commitment to fairness, respect, and service excellence makes it a compelling workplace for individuals looking to engage with the community and enhance their professional skills in a dynamic, supportive setting.
