Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work or within commutable distance
- One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in small groups
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers including units of American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Qualifications

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers including units of American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients
- Acknowledges and greets guests within five feet using guest last names
- Uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location
- Practices proper phone etiquette
- Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
- Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries
- Provides information about facility outlets, meeting rooms, amenities and local attractions
- Delivers messages, items and guest amenities as requested
- Shuttles guests to approved locations
- Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures
- Issues claim checks after receiving keys and collects claim checks before returning keys
- Completes and maintains all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey and claim check receipt
- Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed
