Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license for the state or commutable distance
  • One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor
  • Good physical stamina to handle outdoor work and luggage
  • Ability to drive safely and perform parallel parking
  • Understanding of customer service principles
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
  • Greet guests within five feet using their last names and a friendly salutation
  • Park and retrieve vehicles carefully and safely
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
  • Provide guests with information about the facility and local attractions
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures clearly to guests
  • Process claims checks and collect payments accurately
