This job opportunity is for a part-time, seasonal team member position at Regal Cinemas, classified based on theatre needs and employee availability. The primary responsibility in this role is to ensure that guests receive outstanding service, whether working in the concession stand, as an usher, or managing doors. The seasonal position targets an end date of August 6, 2026, offering a pay rate of $16 per hour. Team members are expected to rotate among various duties that may include operating the point-of-sale system in concessions, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining concession stock, cleaning, crowd management, admission ticket handling, enforcing policies such as the MPAA rating system, safety monitoring, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the theater environment. Additionally, some roles require compliance with food safety laws and alcohol service certifications if applicable.
