Regal Cinemas operates a network of movie theaters, each equipped with state-of-the-art technology and amenities designed to enhance the audience's enjoyment. The company focuses on fostering an engaged and satisfied workforce, emphasizing teamwork, customer interaction, and maintaining high standards throughout each venue.

This job opportunity is for a part-time, seasonal team member position at Regal Cinemas, classified based on theatre needs and employee availability. The seasonal position targets an end date of August 6, 2026, offering a pay rate of $16 per hour. Team members are expected to rotate among various duties that may include operating the point-of-sale system in concessions, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining concession stock, cleaning, crowd management, admission ticket handling, enforcing policies such as the MPAA rating system, safety monitoring, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the theater environment. Additionally, some roles require compliance with food safety laws and alcohol service certifications if applicable.

This job allows employees to engage actively with guests, creating a memorable entertainment experience from arrival to the end of the movie. Team members are integral to the smooth operation of the theater and are responsible for upholding the company’s dress code, demonstrating reliability through regular and consistent attendance, and managing emergency situations when called upon. Employees also benefit from a supportive environment where ongoing training is emphasized, including education on equal opportunity, harassment prevention, and responsible beverage service when necessary.

Choosing to work at Regal Cinemas enables team members to enjoy free movie passes and discounts on concessions across any Regal location, enhancing their personal movie-going experience. Furthermore, after reaching the age of 21 and completing six months of service, employees become eligible to participate in a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, offering a valuable long-term benefit. This position is an excellent fit for individuals who appreciate teamwork, customer service, and a dynamic yet accommodating work environment.
