Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects and controls
Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and trustworthy
Flexible and creative

Job Duties

Maintain a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency while executing company policies and procedures accurately
Contribute to a customer-focused environment by providing excellent customer service
Perform cashier and front-end duties ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient
Process freight and stock products according to store merchandising guidelines
Conduct store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building
Complete daily and weekly assigned workloads efficiently and on time
Participate actively in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention initiatives
Perform other duties as required by business needs
