We are currently seeking motivated and knowledgeable Tax Associates to join our dynamic team at various new TurboTax store locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. In this role, your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional tax filing. You will be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax, representing the brand locally and building long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and expert tax advice. Through in-person and virtual interactions, you will assist customers with a wide range of tax situations, from simple personal income returns to complex business income filings, deductions optimization, amendments, and holistic tax advisory services.

You will leverage TurboTax's advanced marketing support and software tools to grow your client base, manage your portfolio, and connect with customers in a meaningful way. This position is nonexempt and requires working onsite with flexible hours throughout the week, including weekends, to meet peak customer demand.
