Intuit is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join their dynamic team as Tax Associates at new TurboTax Store locations across the United States. These roles are offered on a seasonal basis with the potential for year-round opportunities, designed to attract entrepreneurial spirits eager to build local business presence while providing expert tax assistance. As a Tax Associate, you will combine your tax expertise with strong communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate their tax needs efficiently. You will work from a physical TurboTax location, playing a vital role in expanding TurboTax’s client base by establishing long-term relationships within the community and driving customer loyalty.

This position involves both in-person and virtual interactions with clients, utilizing state-of-the-art TurboTax software and marketing support to provide comprehensive tax return preparation and guidance. You will handle a broad range of tax scenarios from simple individual returns to complex business tax situations, ensuring each customer receives personalized advice tailored to their unique financial circumstances. You will also lead local events and participate in community outreach to promote tax awareness and TurboTax’s offerings, embodying the company’s mission to empower financial prosperity.

The TurboTax Tax Associate role demands professionalism, empathy, and entrepreneurial drive, combining client service with a business ownership mindset. Availability to work onsite at TurboTax retail or flagship locations for a minimum of 20 hours per week, including Sundays, is essential.
