As a Tax Associate - TurboTax Store, your responsibilities extend beyond traditional tax preparation. This role entails proactively bringing new customers into the TurboTax ecosystem and establishing long-lasting client relationships based on trust and expert guidance. You will be empowered by TurboTax’s state-of-the-art marketing support, software tools, and resources to grow your client portfolio while helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes. This job requires a combination of technical tax knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will engage with customers both in-person and virtually, leveraging video communication tools as well as in-store face-to-face interactions.
