The Tasting Room Support Associate position is pivotal in the smooth day-to-day operations of Stags' Leap Winery’s tasting room, ensuring that the guest experience aligns with the winery’s high standards of hospitality and professionalism. This is an operational role focused on supporting the front-of-house hospitality team by managing the preparation and maintenance of the tasting areas. Responsibilities include setting up tasting spaces, replenishing wines and merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, organizing necessary supplies, and managing behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the tasting room efficient and inviting.
