Job Duties
- Courteously greets visitors providing an exceptional first impression
- Provide information regarding tastings offered tasting fees and answer questions about the winery family history and surrounding area
- Assist guests in making reservations over the phone and direct calls within the tasting room
- Actively remain aware of tasting room guest count ensuring large unscheduled groups are handled on a basis of availability and guest wellbeing
- Support retail sales team by managing guest entry into the tasting room
- Maintain and organize retail merchandise and support retail team in maintaining clean bars including glassware as needed
- Maintain an open line of communication with the sales team and the Tasting Room Manager
