- Previous experience as a sushi cook or similar role
- Familiarity with Japanese cuisine techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour kitchen environment

- Prepare authentic sushi dishes with precision and attention to detail
- Handle all ingredients with utmost care ensuring freshness and quality
- Collaborate with culinary team members to maintain seamless kitchen operations
- Follow health and safety standards meticulously
- Ensure all food preparation meets Starwood Hotels high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Assist with inventory management and ingredient ordering as needed
