We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and diverse atmosphere where our members feel valued and supported on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. Our LifeCafe offers a unique blend of nutritious food options and vibrant social spaces designed to promote health and well-being in a casual yet sophisticated setting. As part of the Life Time family, we focus on providing not only outstanding amenities but also outstanding service that empowers every team member to make a meaningful impact on our members' daily lives.

The LifeCafe Supervisor role is integral to maintaining the high standards that Life Time is known for in its amenities and service. This position oversees daily shift operations in the LifeCafe, ensuring that every detail aligns with our mission to deliver an exceptional experience to our members and guests. The Supervisor is responsible for motivating and guiding the café staff to uphold excellent customer service standards, efficiently manage food preparation and quality, and create a positive and professional environment. From managing shift schedules based on traffic flow to acting as the frontline support for both team members and members, this leadership role demands strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality within the health and wellness industry.

In this dynamic role, the LifeCafe Supervisor will handle operational responsibilities such as making schedule adjustments to meet fluctuating business demands, overseeing the proper preparation of menu items, and ensuring service staff engages with members with professionalism and warmth. The Supervisor also plays a key role in team development by providing performance feedback, including promotion and disciplinary recommendations to management. Beyond supervision, the role includes light food preparation duties, reinforcing the need for hands-on involvement and teamwork. Exceptional communication skills are vital, as the Supervisor must promptly address member inquiries, comments, and concerns, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Working at Life Time requires flexibility, as night and weekend availability is necessary to adapt to our members' schedules and maximize service delivery during peak hours. Certifications such as CPR/AED and ServeSafe are mandatory within the first two months of employment, underscoring our commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Overall, the LifeCafe Supervisor role presents an exciting opportunity for experienced leaders who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume food service environments and who are passionate about fostering a culture of health, wellness, and outstanding guest experiences.
