Job Requirements

- prior experience in a hospitality or culinary environment a plus
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy weight
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware
- serve as a liaison between the Culinary and Event Services teams
- assist with food plating
- deliver hot boxes and other equipment to proper locations on time
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy weight
- work in a fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction
