Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds unassisted
  • comply with company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance
  • protect company property and confidential information
  • provide excellent guest service with a positive attitude
  • clear and professional communication
  • willingness to perform additional reasonable duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to operate event software systems
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in coordinating operations of special events and leisure experiences
  • review operational status including lighting, audiovisual aspects, cleanliness, and system functioning
  • correct aesthetic deficiencies
  • follow training guidelines to support event management
  • supervise and assist in training special event staff
  • learn and operate event software systems including ticketing, retail sales, inventory, and space management
  • resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
