Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds unassisted
- comply with company policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance
- protect company property and confidential information
- provide excellent guest service with a positive attitude
- clear and professional communication
- willingness to perform additional reasonable duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to operate event software systems
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating operations of special events and leisure experiences
- review operational status including lighting, audiovisual aspects, cleanliness, and system functioning
- correct aesthetic deficiencies
- follow training guidelines to support event management
- supervise and assist in training special event staff
- learn and operate event software systems including ticketing, retail sales, inventory, and space management
- resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
