Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience using point of sale systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk during entire shifts
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide customer service during various exhibitions and shows
- Operate attractions or events to ensure guest safety and enjoyment
- Sell tickets and merchandise using suggestive selling techniques
- Use cash register and point of sale system for transactions
- Manage cash deposits and follow cash control procedures
- Respond courteously to guest inquiries via phone, in person, or electronically
- Guide guests clearly to appropriate locations
