We are currently seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our full-time, non-management team. This role provides essential support to create a seamless and welcoming atmosphere for all spa guests. The Spa Attendant is responsible for delivering general orientation to guests upon arrival, including guidance on the location and proper use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Extending warmth and hospitality, attendants offer guests amenities such as refreshing water, juice, or heated neck pillows to enhance their spa experience. Attendants also answer questions about property features, services, and amenities with professionalism and confidence while escorting guests to and from treatment rooms.
The position requires meticulous attention to cleanliness and organization throughout the spa environment, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounge areas, and workstations. Spa attendants are responsible for maintaining the tidiness of these areas by disposing of trash and dirty linens appropriately, securing supplies and equipment at the end of shifts, and restocking towels, linens, supplies, and amenities to ensure seamless operations. Regular monitoring of computerized scheduling ensures up-to-date coordination and responsiveness to guest needs and staff activities.
Compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and professional appearance standards are essential aspects of this role. Spa attendants actively participate in safety training and report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management promptly. The role includes physical activity involving reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, moving, lifting objects up to 10 pounds, and remaining on foot or seated for extended periods.
