The LifeCafe Staff role is an integral part of this mission, focused on delivering superior food and beverage services to members within the Life Time community. The individual in this position is responsible for preparing menu items accurately and swiftly, adhering to established recipe and speed-of-service standards. This role demands a keen attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment in a fast-paced setting. Beyond food preparation, the LifeCafe Staff interacts directly with members, responding to inquiries and providing recommendations on food and drink options to enhance the overall experience. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety procedures
- Experience in food or beverage preparation preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
Job Duties
- Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
- Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
- Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
- Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner
