Job Requirements
- Must have a valid CA Food Handler Card
- Must have a valid RBS certification
- Must have open availability during Spring Break and Summer Season including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
- Ability to work outdoors under all weather conditions including direct sunlight
- Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights
- Prior serving experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome once seated
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them correctly to kitchen and bar staff
- Follow up and check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant stations
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to provide excellent service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in setting up and breaking down restaurant areas as needed
