The role of a Team Member at Cinepolis is an essential frontline position that combines customer service with operational responsibilities to maintain the high standards of the company’s luxury theaters. Team Members are the heart of the guest experience, engaging proactively with patrons to provide attentive service before, during, and after their visit. This role involves greeting guests warmly, guiding them through menu selections, taking and promptly processing food and beverage orders, and ensuring seamless in-theater dining experiences through efficient service.

Team Members are also tasked with supporting theater operations by helping with crowd control, seating, and keeping the theater environment clean and inviting between movie sessions.   • 1+ years of full-service serving experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • Food handler certification
  • Alcohol certification
  • Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1+ years of full-service serving experience
  • ServSafe, Food Handler, and Alcohol certifications required
  • Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math

Job Duties

  • Be proactive with greeting all guests in the theater before they request for service
  • Answer Plex Call System on time to further assist guests
  • Embody nice and amazing service by following all in seat dining procedures
  • Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of the menu and Cinepolis offerings
  • Greet guests and say goodbye to guests whenever possible
  • Demonstrate passion, commitment, and integrity at all times by running food and beverages, bussing trays and cleaning seats, and helping other team members whenever possible
  • Ensure all food orders are inputted rapidly and accurately in point of sale system and check back with guests to ensure they have received their orders and everything they need to enjoy their meal
